I just got back from a great evening at the Burlington Artists’ League Gallery at Holly Hill Mall in Burlington, NC. I sold 14 books. Not bad for a night where I am competing with not only high school football, but with the opening of the Tanger Outlet in nearby Mebane where Stacy London and Sara Evans were appearing.

I cannot heap enough praise on the fine people of the Burlington Artists’ League and the many kindnesses they have shown me throughout this process. They have a fine gallery showcasing the unbelievable amount of talent in Alamance County and the surrounding area.

If you were not able to make it out tonight and want a signed copy, please stop by the gallery, I left some autographed copies there for you to buy. Who knows, while you are there you may just find that piece of art that wants to go home with you.
